Zac Efron completed a stint in rehab about five months ago, according to E! News.
The 25-year-old managed to keep his time in rehab hush-hush until now, and his reps won't tell reporters anything. One source told E! that the "High School Musical" star is "healthy, happy and not drinking. He's taking time to focus on working."
Efron is currently promoting his new movie "Parkland," in which he plays Dr. Jim Carrico, the forensic pathologist who examined JFK after his assassination. Efron will also co-star in the comedies "That Awkward Moment" and "Neighbors," a frat comedy also featuring Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.
