For most buyers, ghosts and a troubled past will usually deter them from buying a house, but for those fascinated with the paranormal these 10 places for sale may be the perfect place to call home.

TopTenRealEstateDeals.com has complied a list of 10 haunted houses, ghost towns and insane asylums currently for sale from across the country.

These spooky listings include a former mental asylum in Michigan for sale at $1.5 million that, according to rumors, comes with ghosts,screaming former patients and jars of human body parts.

In Long Island, New York, the famed home from the “Amityville Horror” movies is back on the market and reduced to $850,000 from the $1.15 million.

A.B. Widener died in 110-room Lynnewood Hall in Pennsylvania, three years after his son and grandson died on the Titanic. “It is said that the three Widener ghosts are still its caretakers, its only residents and legacy as the world’s largest ghost house,” according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. The mansion was listed at $20 million in 2014 and dropped to $16.5 million in 2015.

In the Mojave Desert between Phoenix and Las Vegas, sits the abandoned town of Santa Claus. Despite the name, all that remains are “tattered skeletons of buildings, the weathered Santa Claus sign and the sad remnants of the children’s Christmas train now covered with graffiti.”
