Ah, summer, we hardly knew you. It feels like the hazy days of summer just got into full swing and yet, somehow, autumn is just around the corner. Soon enough, the only use we’ll have for our beach towels will be to dry our tears.

But don’t start packing away your flip-flops and bikinis just yet! This Labor Day weekend, tons of resorts and hotels are offering can’t-beat specials and getaway packages that should provide some much-needed, last-ditch vacation fun to help ease you into fall.

Palladium Hotel Group

It’s not too late to get out of the country and hit a foreign beach this season. Book a trip to Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, at either Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa or The Royal Suites Punta Mita, where you can sip adult beverages while lounging on your own personal parcel along 200 miles of sun-kissed, beautiful beaches. If you book online for a last-minute Labor Day weekend trip, you’ll save 40 percent. This is an adults-only trip, so leave the kiddies with a sitter.

Would rather get just a little farther off the grid? Palladium is also offering deals in the Caribbean. Crystal-clear blue seas as far as the eye can see and stone-white beaches — we’re pretty sure this is a Labor Day weekend vacation that should help to make the summer-to-fall transition just a bit smoother. Book online and save 30 percent at Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa or Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Prefer to end summer with a bang? If you’re up for getting a little loose this Labor Day weekend, look no farther than a town with one of the best party scenes in the States: Miami Beach. The Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s BleauLive experience heralds in fall with a special performance by Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams. This Sunday, the “Blurred Lines” collaborators will perform solo sets, followed by a performance of the aforementioned mega summer jam (they got robbed at the VMAs.) The BleauLive Labor Day weekend package starts at $369 per night and includes luxe accommodations, two passes to the big show (plus a two-hour open bar), access to a pre-show blowout pool party on Saturday, discounted cocktails at the resort’s poolside lounge all weekend long and much more. And, if you want to feel like a rock star yourself this weekend, upgrade your stay for a baller VIP experience, which includes a meet-and-greet with Thicke and Williams.

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

Energetic travelers can take advantage of all the activities that the Fairmont has to offer. Their Sip, Savor & Splash package (starting at $179 per night) is your ticket to a weekend chock full of family fun, including zip-lining, limbo contests, a Techno Glo party, fireworks and more. Plus, the package includes a $50-a-day credit that can be used for the spa, tennis courts and more.

Paradisus Resorts

Book a quick last-minute getaway to the Dominican Republic with Melia Hotels International’s all-inclusive brand, Paradisus, which is offering super-swanky deals for super-affordable rates at both of its DR properties.

Paradisus Punta Cana

It’s tough to beat the amenities with this package: Paradisus Punta Cana Resort boasts five outdoor pools, nine restaurants, nine bars (remember those adult beverages we’re so fond of?) a golf course and more — all just steps away from the beach, nestled amid tropical gardens and lush mangroves that will help keep the specter of yet another gray city winter at bay for one more weekend. Packages start at just $146 per person per night (!) and guests seeking a bit of extra last-minute luxury can opt for the Royal Service package, which comes with your very own butler.

Paradisus Palma Real

If it’s rest, relaxation and a bit more pampering you seek, check out Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. Its second DR resort, situated right on Bavaro Beach, Palma Real is home to a holistic spa, along with a host of restaurants and bars, an expansive golf course and more. Bringing the kids along this weekend? This resort has more than a few family-friendly activities to help keep younger guests occupied while Mom and Dad take advantage of all the amenities Paradisus has on offer. Rates for Deluxe Junior Suites start at just $205 per person per night if you travel between Aug. 30 and Sept. 2
