Borgata Festival Park

Opening in June, this outdoor entertainment venue at Borgata can fit 4,500 Shore-goers for concerts, parties and festivals, including the Savor Borgata Culinary Series, which brings foodies together with top chefs to show off the city’s brightest culinary stars. The music lineup includes The Hooters, Darius Rucker, The Killers, Meghan Trainor, 311, Counting Crows and Willie Nelson, with more to be announced.

The Pool After Dark

Anyone can go to the pool during the day. But it’s after dark that things get more interesting — just don’t drink and dive. This massive, multilevel nightclub at Harrah’s is enclosed in glass for an indoor/outdoor feel. If you’re up for a splurge, reserve a poolside table or private cabana. Resident DJs include three celebs we all love to hate but still want to see up close: Pauly D, Paris Hilton and Brody Jenner.

Anthem

The Tropicana is undergoing a makeover, with renovated rooms, a new fitness center, upcoming retail and an overall “Atlantic City is back in business” vibe. What hasn’t changed? Anthem is still the hotspot for the after-hours crowd. The party doesn’t start until 11 p.m. — and on weekends, it goes all night. The Trop may soon be lighting up the night in a different way too, with a light show on the boardwalk facade.
