Last year gave us the Cronut, organic everything, coconut oil as the new cooking staple, eating local and kale, kale, kale. What will be on our plates in 2015?

The National Restaurant Association surveyed nearly 1,300 chefs on which food, cuisines, beverages and culinary themes will be hot trends on menus this year.
