There’s a new retirement age, at least if you’re Cindy Crawford.
The supermodel tells United Airlines’ Rhapsody magazine that as soon as she hits the big five-oh, she’s done with her 34-year career. She says, “I’m sure I’ll have my picture taken for 10 more years, but not as a model anymore. And that’s okay. I’ve done it. I’ve worked with all these incredible photographers.”
Considering her birthday is Feb. 20, the end of the model's impressive career is near. Crawford — who recently starred in Balmain's SS16 campaign with supermodel vets Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer — also told Rhapsody, “What else do I need to do? I can’t keep reinventing myself. I shouldn’t have to keep proving myself. I don’t want to.”
Amen sister— and slow clap for one of the best in the business.
