Picking out products for your registry is one of the most fun parts of wedding planning. And these days you can do it all from the comfort of your couch.

But when you have the whole World Wide Web at your fingertips, narrowing your list down can be rather daunting. So we checked in with Campbell Walmsley, Divisional Merchandise Manager at hip new wedding registry Zola — where couples can add items or “experiences” from any store online, sign up for a honeymoon fund and manage their shipments — to find out what items are the most popular this wedding season.

And p.s.: You don’t have to be engaged to get cute stuff for your home.

KichenAid, Custom Metallic Series Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, $600

“Although copper is a huge trend right now, this KitchenAid design will never go out of style," says Walmsley. The distinctive silhouette has been a kitchen counter showpiece since the 1920s — and is sure to be a favorite for many years to come.”

Kate Spade New York Malmo 5-Piece Flatware Set, Service for 1, $90

“Rose gold flatware — a major trend in home decor — has taken over," says the expert. "It’s a modern alternative to classic silverware and versatile enough to match your current dinnerware.”

“Not only can slate boards be used as cheese trays and hors d’oeuvres platters, but they can also be transformed into elegant menus by writing on them with chalk,”says the expert.

Tenstile Connect Tree Tent, $495

“Gone are the days when wedding registries were filled with items only for your home," says  Walmsley. "Couples are thinking outside of the box this year, registering for items they can use together outside of the home, such as picnic essentials, tents, camping equipment and more.”
