Pineapples have been everywhere. We’ve watched the graphic motif blossom as a key design trend charming everyone from high fashion designer to home bloggers. And we’re on board. The tropical fruit, with the wild top, immediately conjures images of fun: Summer vacations, care-free parties, pina coladas!

And of course the trend is going strong in the interior design world. Pineapples have long been a symbol of hospitality. During colonial days, sailors brought the fruit back from voyages to the Caribbean Islands and displayed them outside of their house as a way of saying “come over!’ to their friends and neighbors.

And the welcoming reputation stuck, (it’s why you can find so many vintage gold pineapples objects on Etsy. People loved decorating their home with them). So we say plop the cheery fruit on the table before your next party, and if, like us, you can’t get enough, here are some of our favorite pineapple-themed products.
