Warm up first:
Do some high-knees, jumping jacks and toe touches for a total of 2 minutes. You also can intensify your workout by doing 45-60 seconds of jumping jacks or jump rope between each move.
Why it works:
These moves work multiple muscle groups, so “you’re being more efficient and boosting your metabolism,” Dawn says. Eat right, do this sequence two times a week, and add a strength training and high-intensity interval training workout, and you’ll start seeing results in a couple weeks.
