What’s all the buzz in the West Village? MEKA Modular Homes (www.mekaworld.com) set up shop on the corner of Charles and Washington streets to showcase their eco-friendly modular home that starts at just $35,000. The units, built from “the strongest and most durable shipping containers in the world” arrive almost fully built. They start around 320 square feet and go up to 1,920 square feet. “They’re like Lego — you can make Buckingham Palace out of them, they just keep going and going,” says publicist David Wilson.

And while they’re sleek, space-saving and eco-friendly — even featuring skylights in the shower area — the question still remains: Where do you put it?
