Shaving facial hair can be painful — with the possibility of cuts and stinging aftershave — but imagine plucking your beard hair one by one.

That's exactly what one man did in honor of Movember and No Shave November.  Movember uses facial hair for a good cause by raising awareness of men's health issues, including prostate cancer. Each November, men are encouraged to grow a mustache to change the face of men's health. No Shave November raises funds and awareness for cancer research and treatment, while participants put down their razors and forgo hair appointments.

Instead, this brave young man, in a YouTube video, "plucked out all of his beard hair with tweezers and counted them along the way," to see how many hairs he has in his beard. After seeing the final count (you'll have to watch the video to find out what it was), he is going to grow it back for the cause.
