Priya Krishna made a name for herself as an undergrad at Dartmouth for her campus newspaper column, in which she shared simple recipes students can make with ingredients from their campus dining halls. Krishna just released her first book "Ultimate Dining Hall Hacks" and you can read our interview with her here. She shares her recipe for Balsamic Caprese Chicken with Metro readers. Directions 1. Mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. 2. Drizzle half the dressing over a piece of grilled chicken. 3. Top the chicken with a piece of mozzarella, the tomato slice, and some pesto. 4. Drizzle the rest of the dressing on top of the mozzarella.
