The Paul Labrecque Restorative Mineral Massage is a full-body rubdown designed for everyone from pro-athletes to tired moms — anyone who needs a little relief from putting their bodies into overtime. It incorporates magnesium — one of the body’s most important minerals for fighting inflammation and soreness — in its massage gel cream and spray to repair your tired muscles. The all-natural cream is absorbed through the skin into the blood stream, which our therapist told us is the best way to get the mineral. You’ll leave with relaxed joints and muscles (great for increasing flexibility) and reduced inflammation and soreness, so you can kick butt on the field or in the boardroom.
The treatment is available in 60-minute ($145) and 90-minute ($175) sessions. When you’re done, you can purchase the spa’s Magsoothium Magnesium Sulfate therapeutic recovery products (available as a spray, cream or bath soak) on your way out.
