1.5 oz Brugal 1888 Rum
.75 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
.25 oz Lustau Pedro Ximenez Sherry
1 dash Bitterman’s Mole Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish: lime twist

1 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.25 oz Vanilla spice syrup
3 oz. Organic milk
Build in an Old Fashioned glass, stir briefly. Garnish with grated coffee bean.

.5 oz Marie Brizard Apry
.5 oz Fresh pineapple juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 egg yolk
2 dashes Agnostura
2 dashes Jerry Thomas’ Decanter Bitters
Shake and strain over ice in Collins glass; garnish with pineapple and lime.
