Peek inside your neighbors’ homes, in a totally non-creepy way. The Passyunk Square Civic Association is hosting its annual house tour on Saturday, from noon to 4 p.m. For $20, or $25 at the “door,” get a copy of the Home Tour Guide book, which will lead you on a self-guided trek through homes in the trendy South Philly neighborhood running from Sixth to Broad streets and from Washington Avenue down to Tasker.

The tour takes you through residences in all stages, from mid-renovation to fully decorated. Meet your hipster neighbors (just kidding; they’re not all hipsters), get remodeling and design ideas for your own home, and chat about the best contractors.

The admission price also comes with a slice of cheese pizza at Slice and gets you in to the after-party at the recently re-opened Triangle Tavern, which has managed to retain its old-school neighborhood watering hole charm while adding seitan Buffalo wings to the hearty Italian menu.

The tour kicks off at Benna’s Cafe (1236 S. Eighth St.) and proceeds go to support the neighborhood association. Get tickets at Passyunksquare.org.
