Justin Bieber is now telling his fans how they should smell, having launched a female fragrance line, Someday by Justin Bieber, according to WWD. “Let’s be real, the way a girl smells is very important to a guy,” Bieber says. “I have such a deep connection with my fans, so creating a fragrance that I personally love is another way I can bring them closer to my world.” And the teen sensation claims he took an active role in creating Someday with fragrance designer Honorine Blanc of Firmenich. “They really let me take the lead on the entire project, because I know my fans better than anyone,” he says.
Does anyone else find a 17-year-old telling other preteens and teens how to smell for his own financial gain a little weird? Plus, I can already tell you what “Bieber’s world” smells like — hormones, cash and hair gel.
Japan is no fan of Brand
Poor Russell Brand. Japan treated him like an ordinary person instead of the celebrity he is! Over the weekend, Brand’s wife Katy Perry tweeted, “My husband just got deported from Japan. I am so sad. I brought him all this way to show him my favorite place.” Brand was there to support Perry’s concerts to help in the earthquake/tsunami relief efforts. He was deported because of his criminal past. “It was for priors from over 10 years ago!” Perry wrote.
As for Brand, he shared a tweet and photo while being processed in detention: “Planning escape from Japanese custody. It’s bloody hard to dig a tunnel with a chopstick.”
