The Word: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West thinking marriage?

When Kanye West and Kim Kardashian first stepped out together in March, we weren’t too alarmed. Surely, these two would eventually find each other and combine their powers for some sunbathing-on-the-yacht photo ops.

But now, it seems we could be dealing with something worse than staged summer love: the real deal.

“Kim and Kanye are 100 percent having conversations about marriage,” a source tells UsMagazine.com, adding that West had been interested “for a long time.” Another source — let’s call this one Worst Source Ever — says Kim’s on board: “They’ve been friends for years. Kim is ready to give it a try now.”

Now, before we go all 2012 here, we really should mention that all of this was started by a quick couple lines West rapped in a new Pusha T song: “I saw you in the club in a white dress/ Now I want to put you in a white dress.”

For all we know, he could just be talking about fancy drugs here. Maybe fancy sex. Possibly both. People who still go outside after 9 p.m. — tell us it will all be OK!

Robert Pattinson needs some encouragement

Robert Pattinson is offered plenty of roles, but he admits he was nervous after signing on to David Cronenberg‘s edgy “Cosmopolis,” where there were no fangs to hide behind. “I spent time doubting myself,” the actor admits. “I was working myself up, asking myself if I was good enough.”

Rob, any time you want to get all worked up and need some positive feedback, we’re right here.

Joe Jonas: Fax me

Joe Jonas seems, by all accounts, like a nice young man. Nice enough that we even kind of buy that he’s doing Pepsi’s “Live for Now” campaign for something other than the money.

“It’s cool to be able to go to this platform and check out different pop culture things that are going on,” he told us, explaining the global promotion aiming to inspire people to live in the moment.

But, moving on, let’s talk underwear and flirty faxes.

On his forward fans’ actions

“The boldest is probably throwing articles of underwear on stage. That has happened. And then I’ve had a fan once ask me to punch them, which I thought was crazy, and they were like, ‘Well because then, you know, I’ll always remember it.’ I’m like, ‘You know what? I really don’t wanna do that.’ That was a female fan. I didn’t hit her.

Wait — how many undies?

I don’t really collect them. How many has the stage collected? It could be in like the 50 range.

On getting a girl’s attention — the non-underwear method

I faxed somebody once. I was asking somebody on a date. I met her at a store and I sent her a fax that said, hey would you like to go out with me, here’s my number. She faxed me back.
