No-Bake Chocolate Truffle Cookie Delight
1 15 oz. package (approx. 28 cookies) Oreo Fudge Cookies
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Powdered sugar for dusting hands.
Grind cookies in a food processor. Place milk in microwave safe bowl; microwave, uncovered, on high 60-90 seconds or until milk begins to simmer. Add chocolate morsels; whisk until smooth. Pour mixture into food processor with cookies and continue until all ingredients are combined.
Pour mixture into bowl and chill for 3 hours. Sprinkle hands with powder sugar and roll spoonfuls of truffle mixture into balls and mold. Re-chill 10 minutes and truffle cupcakes are ready to be dipped.
