50 of the best restaurants in the world

The “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” is almost out, and as a teaser, the guide published the number 51 to 100 best restaurants in the world. Nomad, Momofuku Ko, Daniel, Estela and Masa were the New York restaurants that made the cut. The three other American restaurants on the list were from San Francisco and the Bay Area.

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants will publish its full list next week; New York restaurants that made it to the top 50 list in the past include Eleven Madison Park, Le Bernadin, Per Se and Daniel – which got bumped down from No. 40 to No. 80 this year.
