Valentine’s Day cocktail: Date Night

Roses are red…and so are cocktails, if you serve your Valentine Spodee’sDate Night. It’s pretty, easy to make, and contains champagne, which is thought to put you “in the mood.”

But keep in mind that eventhough it’s bubbly and sweet, with the red wine and champagne combo the Date Night is heavy on the booze — so careful not to kill the romance by getting too drunk.

Ingredients:

1 part Spodee Red

1 part pomegranate juice

1 part champagne

Raspberries

Directions:

Combine Spodee and pomegranate juice in a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a few raspberries.
