14-Year-Old Driver Causes Crash in Logan, Injuring Four

Struck another car after driving wrong way down street

A 14-year-old boy is facing possible charges after causing a two-car crash in Logan early this morning.

Police observed an older model blue Toyota Camry driving in the wrong direction down the 1100 block of Wagner Avenue around 12:40 a.m., according to a spokeswoman. When the car reached 13th Street, authorities heard a loud crash and found that the Camry, helmed by a 14-year-old driver, had crashed into a newer model Chevrolet.

The 14-year-old was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for wounds to his arm and shoulder, while his passenger is in critical condition at Einstein Medical Center with possible internal injuries.

The driver and passenger of the Chevy were treated and released for minor injuries at Temple Hospital.
