Anthony Weiner won't explicitly say whether or not his sexting days are behind him.
In an extensive interview with the New York Daily News, Weiner was asked if there was anyone he was sexting now — and the former congressman didn't say no.
"There is no one you are sexting now?" asked Daily News columnist Denis Hamill.
"You can quibble about beginnings, middles and ends, but what we're talking about is over a year ago," Weiner said in response.
Weiner confessed last week to continuing sexually explicit online conversations with strangers even after resigning from Congress in 2011.
In the interview with the Daily News, Weiner spoke about his desire to move on to the issues and his pain at seeing his wife, Huma Abedin, criticized for staying with him.
Since the confession, Weiner has dropped to fourth place in the most recent poll, released Monday.
Just over half of Democratic primary voters surveyed said they wanted Weiner to drop out, which he has pledged not to do.
