Arraignment for shot robber?

A hammer-wielding robber who was shot by a store owner may be arraigned today depending on his recovery.

Raymond Sims, 47, of Boston, attempted to rob Essential Body Herbs store in Mattapan on Tuesday night when the store owner shot him, police said.

Authorities charged Sims with armed robbery and being a career criminal. The store owner had a license for the gun and no other charges have been filed.
