The husband of Kelly Robarge, the Charlestown woman who was found dead in New Hampshire this weekend, is being charged with her second-degree murder.
Kelly went missing on June 27, the same day she filed for divorce from her husband, James Robarge. Now, the Keene Sentinel is reporting that James will face charges of recklessly causing his wife's death "by inflicting trauma to her body, under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life," according to a news release from the N.H. Attorney General's Office.
On Saturday, members of the NH Fish and Game Department found Kelly's body in the woods off Britton Road in Unity, N.H.
According to the Sentinel, James Robarge is currently being held in a Vermont jail on an unrelated charge and will be arraigned as a fugitive from justice in court today, which will start the extradition process from Vermont to New Hampshire, the release said.
