Several people used Sunday's winter storm as occasion to ride all-terrain vehicles down the "Rocky steps" at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
An NBC10 camera crew caught a half-dozen ATV riders driving down the Art Museum steps about 8 p.m. Sunday. The station has reached out to Philadelphia police to inquire whether the incident is being investigated.
The ATV riders also did doughnuts in Eakins Oval.
In October, a man drove his BMW down the Art Museum steps, famous for a scene in "Rocky" in which boxer Rocky Balboa completes a training session by running up the steps. Damage caused during that incident was estimated at $8,000.
