Justin Robinson, who with his brother last year was charged with the murder of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale after her body was found in a recycling bin in Clayton, Gloucester County, N.J., was today sentenced to 17 years in jail, according to the South Jersey Times.
The 16-year-old, who was 15 when Pasquale was killed, and his brother Donte, who had been 16, had been arrested days after the young girl went missing. Pasquale's body was found in a bin near the boys' home. The girl allegedly brought her bicycle to their home so the boys could work on it and exchange parts.
Justin Robinson will have to serve 85 percent — or 14.5 years — of his sentence before he is eligible for parole. Donte Robinson's charges are still pending in juvenile court.
Autumn Pasquale's father, Anthony, called Justin a "murderer who does not deserve to live."
