Microsoft founder Bill Gates sat with Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. to discuss education quality and reform in urban neighborhoods during a forum at the National Urban League convention Thursday.
Gates, of computer fame, said the most talented kids are the ones who are most disruptive in a classroom setting.
He said they need their energy to be focused and channeled in the right direction, which can be achieved through improvements in education.
