A Billerica man wanted on several charges, including larceny, credit card fraud, identity fraud and forgery, was arrested Monday morning at the JFK-UMass MBTA station after he allegedly piggybacked through the fare gates behind a paying customer.

Transit Police said Thomas Chronowski, 27, was being issued a citation when officers discovered a plethora of warrants for his arrest issued by the Lowell District Court.

He was also allegedly in possession of heroin, police said.

He is due to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on Tuesday for a charge of drug possession.
