BK Councilman’s car stolen and office robbed

Even elected officials aren’t spared from crime in New York City.

A would-be thief was caught breaking into Councilman Steve Levin’s Boerum Hill office on Sunday and, that same day, his 2009 Honda Civic was stolen from where he parked it in Greenpoint, according to the NY?Post.

The thief was caught trying to steal a flat-screen TV?and computer monitors from Levin’s office.
