A Boston man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly walking through people's yards and ringing doorbells after police tracked his "freshly made footprints."
Eddie Alvarez, 35, of Boston, was found lying behind a house on Allegany Street.
As officers approached, Alvarez allegedly said, “You got me.”
A search of the immediate search of the area led to the discovery of a bag containing, among other things, two Apple Macbook computers and several pieces of jewelry, police said.
Alvarez was charged with breaking and entering.
