A Boston man was arrested Sunday, more than three months after he allegedly participated in Green Line masturbation.
Ronald Foster, 50, was taken into custody near Boylston Street MBTA station, and was expected to be arraigned Monday on charges of open and gross lewdness.
Transit Police say on April 11, awoman reported that a man sat directly across from her on an inbound Green Line trolley departing Haymarket station and reached into his pants, exposed his penis and masturbated.
The suspect, who police identified as Foster, exited the trolley on Park Street. Transit Police posted surveillance photographs on April 28, in an effort to identify the suspect.
