A house party in the Bronx turned deadly Sunday morning when three teens were shot, one of them dying from his wounds.

Police said officers responded to reports of shots fired at around 1:07 a.m. at a home on East 232th Street in the borough’s Wakefield section.

Authorities said the large crowd broke up when a suspect fired a gun into the crowd, striking three victims.

According to investigators, one of the victims was a 17-year-old girl with a bullet wound to her left foot. A second victim was described as a 17-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his right leg.

Another 17-year-old boy, identified as Keshon Porterfield, suffered a gunshot to his chest.

The girl was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center and the two boys to Montefiore Medical Center.

Emergency workers declared Porterfield dead on arrival, while the two other victims were listed in stable condition.

Police said they took a person of interest into custody, had not been arrested or charged in connection to the shooting as of early Sunday evening.
