A four-alarm blaze broke out at a Brookline apartment building this morning.
Fire crews responded to 1471 Beacon St. for a report of a fire. When they arrived, flames could be seen coming from the windows of the highest floors.
Dozens of building residents as well as people who lived in nearby buildings were evacuated.
Firefighters had to battle extremely cold temperatures and some were covered in ice as they fought the flames.
There were some reports of minor injuries.
