City youth worker charged in sex crime

The man who runs a city program for kids was arrested Friday and charged with exposing himself and masturbating in front of an 11-year-old girl, according to police.

Police said that on Dec. 20, Andrew McFall followed an 11-year-old girl on West 120th Street and exposed himself to her.

After receiving an anonymous tip, police arrested McFall, 41, outside his Bronx home Friday and charged him with public lewdness.

McFall is a city employee working for the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, where he runs Youth Connect, which connect city schoolkids to jobs and after-school activities. He has since been suspended from the job.
