A 23-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries after he was found stabbed on Friend Street just before closing time early Sunday morning.
Police said officers were called to the area of 262 Friend St. near The Greatest Bar just before 2 a.m. Sunday for a report of a person stabbed.
When officers arrived they found Boston EMS personnel treating a 23-year-old man who was suffering from a stab wound. The unidentified victim was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital. Police said his injury was life-threatening.
Police said witnesses told officers that the man was involved in at least two fights on Friend Street when he was stabbed.
Detectives are investigating.
