Cops seek suspect in Bed-Stuy shooting

Police are searching for a suspect who shot and injured two men in Brooklyn last month.

The victims were walking in the vicinity of Van Buren Street and Throop Avenue in Bed-Stuy about 10:20 p.m. on March 20 when they got into a verbal dispute with a group of unknown males, cops said. The suspect took out a gun and fired it several times. The first victim sustained a gunshot wound to the leg, and the second victim sustained gunshot wounds to the arm and buttocks. Both victims were taken to an area hospital and were listed in stable condition.

Police released a surveillance video that shows the suspect firing shots and then fleeing the scene. [videoembed id=138605]

The suspect is described as a black male, about 19 or 20 years old, with light skin and long braids.
