Police are still investigating the case of former Northeast High School dean of students Mark Preston Williams, 56, who was arrested yesterday for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old student, according to a release from the District Attorney's Office.

Williams was arraigned overnight and is charged with institutional sexual assault of a student, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and interference with the custody of a child.
He is currently free after posting $50,000 bail. Williams' trial is set to begin in Family Court on April 2.
