The woman whoran over a mother and her daughter as they walked home in Dorchester last year, killing the young girl, is due in court today.

Olivia Mora, 36, is scheduled to be arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court, according to the Suffolk district attorney’s office.

Mora was indicted last month on charges ofmanslaughter by a motor vehicle, motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, operating under the influence causing serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of an accident causing personal injury.

Authorities said 7-year-old Brianna Rosales and her mother were walking home along Olney Street about 2 p.m. on Nov. 26 when Mora allegedly hit them with her Chevy Tahoe. When officers arrived, they found the Tahoe on the sidewalk.

During her arraignment shortly after her arrest, Mora’s lawyer argued that bad tires and medical issues led to the crash.
