ISLIP – A 32-year-old woman was arrested Friday night by Suffolk County police after she struck a pole on an Islip Street with her 4-month-old son in the car. Tina Patrick was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child shortly after the 11:48 p.m. accident. Patrick was treated for minor injuries at Southside Hospital and a family member took custody of her son, who was unharmed.
