An FDNY paramedic has been convicted of sexually assaulting five people, Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes said.
According to prosecutors, Angus Pascall, 36, an FDNY EMT, was convicted yesterday for the sexual assaults.
One case involved an 11-year-old.
Hynes recounted a string of harrowing assaults.
According to prosecutors, the first crime was in 2001, when he asked to leave a package for the neighbor of a 22-year-old woman. He then forced his way into the apartment, threatened her with a gun and raped her.
Eight years later, in 2009, he forced a 19-year-old to perform oral sex inside her apartment building’s elevator, armed with a machete.
He also attacked another girl, 14, but fled when she struggled and screamed.
In 2010, he trapped an 11-year-old girl inside an elevator and sexually assaulted her.
The fifth case was also in 2010, when he forced a woman, 20, into his car at gunpoint, prosecutors said, raping her in the backseat.
This victim memorized his license plate number, reporting it to the police.
Pascall will be sentenced Feb. 13. He faces up to life in prison.
