Erin Sayar: Brooklyn high school teacher accused of sleeping with 16-year-old student

They’re back at it at the Brooklyn public high school nicknamed “Horndog High,” alleges a new complaint about a student-teacher sex scandal there.

According to reports, a 16-year-old male student at James Madison High School alleges his English teacher slept with him as many as 12 times this past December.

Erin Sayar, 36, had both oral sex and intercourse with the 11th-grade student, including in her school office, alleges the teen’s lawyer Bruce Baron, in a suit filed Wednesday in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

Sayar even plied the teen with pot she kept hidden in a stash in her office filing cabinet, the suit claims.

The last time the two had sex was in January, according to Baron. That same month, Baron was removed from the classroom after the boy’s girlfriend went to school officials to report the alleged affair.

Sayar began tutoring the student twice a week. But the teen’s girlfriend grew suspicious after she saw the two flirting and hacked into the boy’s Facebook account. There she found messages exchanged between the two. The girl handed the messages over to school officials.

According to school investigators, Sayar and the student also exchanged more than 3,800 text messages in December, an average of 227 per day.

Sayar, a married Park Slope mother of a baby girl, was removed from the classroom in January.

On Thursday, the NYPD arrested her, as well. She was charged with rape, sexual misconduct and sexual abuse.

This is not the first sex scandal at James Madison High.

In 2009, teachers Cindy Mauro and Alini Brito were both fired after they were caught naked and having sex inside a classroom there. Both women have since sued the city claiming wrongful termination, libel and slander.
