Harvard Club rejects Spitzer

Disgraced former governor Eliot Spitzer has rebuilt his career to include hosting a CNN news talk show, but he has come far enough from Hookergate for the Harvard Club. The New York Times reported the club — in a very rare move — turned down the Harvard Law grad’s application for membership at the its West 44th Street town house. A spokesman for Spitzer told the newspaper the decision was “disappointing.”
