A 21-year-old heroin user who drove over and killed a 11-year-old on East Main Street in Smithtown last November was sentenced yesterday from four to 12 years in prison. Maureen Lambert, 21, of Stony Brook, teared up while apologizing to the family of Courtney Renee Sipes at the Suffolk County Court sentencing.
