Karmin to headline Boston Pride Festival

Berklee College of Music alums and pop duo Karmin will headline this year’s festival that caps off the annual Boston Pride Parade.[videoembed id=129124]

Boston Pride announced Tuesday that the duo, which has earned more than 200 millions of views on YouTube, will perform on June 8 at the last stop on the parade – City Hall Plaza.

We are so pleased to announce that we will be headlining this year’s Boston Pride Festival at City Hall Plaza on Saturday, June 8th. The festival is free and open to anyone who wants to come celebrate Pride with us,” said Karmin’s Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan in a videothey made for the event.

Pride week takes place May 31 through June 9 this year. Other events during the week include Pride Day at Faneuil Hall and Boston Pride block parties in Jamaica Plain and the Back Bay.
