Transit Police on Wednesday arrested a Maine man as he was en route to the South Station bus terminal for illegally possessing two stolen handguns and ammunition.
Maine police informed the MBTA that Christopher Loucks, 28, had the guns and was likely heading to New York City.
He was due in court on Wednesday to face gun charges and two counts of receiving stolen property.
