A man was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning for allegedly fatally shooting another man in a brazen daytime murder in Roxbury this week.
Peter Carvalho, 25, of Dorchester, was charged with murder for Wednesday’s shooting death, according to the Suffolk district attorney’s office.
Carvalho allegedly shot a 25-year-old man near 742 Dudley St. at about 1:30 p.m., authorities said.
Police were called to the area for a report of shots fired. When officers arrived they found the man, whose identity has not been released, suffering from life-threatening wounds. He was taken to Boston Medical Center where he later died.
