A man was shot to death in Brownsville on Sunday evening.

A 33-year-old man was shot and killed in Brownsville about 6:50 p.m. Sunday, police reported.
Cops said the shooting occurred outside 360 Williams Ave.A witness reported seeing the victim, Amin Lewis, speaking with another man who was holding a handgun, police said.
The witness told police she saw the other man shoot Lewis multiple times, then run away.
Lewis had a lengthy record, police said, with 15 prior arrests.
Police said the incident is still under investigation. No arrests have been made.
