Man reports his stolen goods stolen

A Plymouth man was arrested Monday for reporting that he was robbed of his stolen property.

Officers responded to the area of the Forest Hills T station about 1 p.m. for a report of an armed robbery.

The caller, Joel Diaz-Sanchez, 32, said a man, who he knew, pulled a pellet gun on him, demanded money, took his two shopping bags and fled.

Police caught up with the man, Gregory Bray, 41, of Dorchester and charged him with armed robbery.

Police recovered the shopping bags that were filled with more than $1,000 worth of Calvin Klein shirts, Armani wallets and Victoria’s Secret perfumes.

Diaz-Sanchez said he could not produce a receipt for the items and he was arrested for receiving stolen property.
