A man died after being shot in the neck in front of an East Harlem hosing project in broad daylight Monday, police said.
Officers found Joseph Osbourne, 29, with a gunshot wound to his neck in front of Taft Houses on Madison Avenue about 3:40 p.m.
Emergency personnel declared Osbourne dead at the scene, police said.
The motive for the shooting is still under investigation and police said there were no suspects as of Tuesday morning.
