A man boarded two SEPTA buses seeking help after he was shot in Southwest Philadelphia on Wednesday morning.
The victim boarded two G buses around 7 a.m. after he was shot in his leg at 57th Street and Washington Avenue, NBC10 reported. He first hopped on a southbound G at 58th Street and Baltimore Avenue, before boarding a northbound G.
The victim waited for emergency medical personnel to arrive to the second bus. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment.
The unidentified shooting victim reportedly left the first bus when the SEPTA driver indicated he was calling authorities.
